MNANGAGWA IS NOW AFRAID OF THE SAME ARMY THAT MADE HIM
President Emmerson Mnangagwa knows very well what the army can do. It helped him remove Robert Mugabe in 2017. Now he is afraid the same army may one day remove him too.
This is why he is giving cars, changing commanders, and buying loyalty. The cars given to soldiers are not just transport. They are political gifts.
Mnangagwa is fighting Vice-President Constantino Chiwenga for control. Both men came from the same system. Both used the army to rise. Now they fear each other.
ZANU PF is no longer a normal political party. It is a party kept alive by soldiers, fear, and power games. Mnangagwa knows that without the army, his rule is weak.
That is why he is removing commanders, moving loyal people into key posts, and watching everyone closely. This is not leadership. It is fear.
Zimbabweans need to see this clearly. While people struggle with poverty, hospitals, jobs, and prices, the leaders are busy protecting themselves.
The army should protect the country, not one man. Zimbabwe belongs to the people, not ZANU PF generals.
Mnangagwa is copying Mugabe’s old tricks. But Mugabe also thought he was safe. In the end, the same system turned against him.
